WHAT IS LUBE DIRECT?
Lube Direct™ is a patented oil and grease lubrication system designed to provide consistent and effective lubrication to the roller bearings in the harvester guide bar noses. It’s specifically engineered to ensure that the roller bearings stay properly lubricated throughout use, which helps extend the lifespan of the guide bar and reduce wear.
The key advantage of Lube Direct™ is that it delivers lubrication directly to the bearings, reducing friction and heat build-up. This can significantly extend the life of critical parts like the guide bar and nose, while also minimizing the risk of the nose of the bar spreading out—a common issue that happens when the nose isn’t sufficiently lubricated.
1. Lubrication Channels
Patented lubrication channels have been specifically engineered to feed oil or grease directly into the roller bearings. This ensues the bearings and sprocket stay properly lubricated, reducing friction and heat build-up throughout use.

2. Titanium® Alloy Steel nose plate
Engineered from ultra-high strength Titanium® alloy steel, specially selected for use in our harvester guide bar noses.
4. EXTRA Large sprocket
The GB Titanium®-XV and Titanium®-BC have large sprockets. These large sprocket reduce the RPM’s and extends the life of the nose by creating less heat.
