The GB Titanium®-XV has been packed with the latest advancements in guide bar technology. It has a large 15-tooth sprocket. This large sprocket reduces the RPM’s and extends the life of the nose. The roller bearings are lubricated by Lube Direct™ patented technology. Lube Direct™ provides consistent lubrication to the precision roller bearings, extending the life of the guide bar and reducing the risk of the nose spreading.

WHAT IS LUBE DIRECT?
Lube Direct™ is a patented oil and grease lubrication system designed to provide consistent and effective lubrication to the roller bearings in the harvester guide bar noses. It’s specifically engineered to ensure that the roller bearings stay properly lubricated throughout use, which helps extend the lifespan of the guide bar and reduce wear.
The key advantage of Lube Direct™ is that it delivers lubrication directly to the bearings, reducing friction and heat build-up. This can significantly extend the life of critical parts like the guide bar and nose, while also minimising the risk of the nose of the bar spreading out, a common issue that happens when the nose isn't sufficiently lubricated.
